So, as I was developing the idea of this blog, I thought I would post at the beginning of the week the dinners we plan to eat this week.  Here is this week’s menu:

Week of 6/21:

  • Grilled filet w/ roasted sweet potatoes and roasted zucchini/yellow squash
  • Tacos
  • Chicken stir-fry w/ quinoa
  • Grilled chicken breasts w/ veggies (roasted sweet potatoes, sauteed spinach, leftover squash)
  • Grilled chicken fajitas
  • Turkey burgers with sweet potatoe fries and steamed broccoli

Week of 5/28:

  • Grilled cheeseburgers on Arnolds thins, eating clean tomatoe pie, corn on the cob
  • Chef salad (turkey, ham, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, fat-free cheese, onion, spring mix, low-cal vinaigrette)
  • Grilled chicken, sauteed spinach, sweet corn
  • Fitness magazine -Lemony Fusilli with chicken, zucchini and pine nuts (only I’m using shirataki noodles and almonds)
  • Turkey Tacos!

Week of 5/17:

  • Healthy Turkey Stroganoff (care of Nourished Fitness)
  • Chicken Stir-Fry
  • Turkey Tacos
  • Grilled chicken breasts w/ steamed broccoli and corn
  • Chef Salad

Week of 5/10:

  • Grilled Filets w/ spinach sauteed in EVOO/garlic and mushrooms in olive oil and worcestshire
  • Shrimp Stir-fry
  • Grilled chicken breasts with steamed asparagus
  • Turkey tacos
  • Chicken and broccoli stir fry
